Since 1997, our family has cared for our neighbors in Concord and Walnut Creek. Today, father and son Naser Kalil, PharmD, and Akram AbouKhalil, PharmD, carry that care forward.
A real person answers when you call. Our team speaks English, Arabic, French, Urdu and Persian, so you can ask questions in the language you’re comfortable with.

Do you accept my insurance?
We work with most major insurance plans, including Medicare Part D. Not sure about yours? Call us at (925) 681-1823 with your card handy and we'll check your coverage in minutes.
How do I transfer my prescriptions to Oak Grove?
Just call or text us the name of your current pharmacy and the medications you'd like moved. We handle the entire transfer for you — no paperwork, no extra trips.
Do you offer delivery?
Yes. We deliver free to our patients in Concord, Walnut Creek, Pleasant Hill and Alamo, Monday through Friday between 2 and 6 pm, with emergency deliveries on Saturdays. MedSync patients can set up a recurring monthly delivery. We don't currently deliver to Lafayette or Orinda. For other nearby addresses, just ask.
How quickly will my refill be ready?
Most refills are ready the same day, often within the hour. Submit your refill online or text us, and we'll reach out the moment it's ready for pickup.
Can you find a medication my pharmacy can't get?
Very often, yes. We work directly with specialty suppliers and manufacturers to source medications that are back-ordered or hard to locate elsewhere in the Bay Area. Give us a call and we'll start looking.
Do you have an app?
Yes. Current patients can use the Rx365 Mobile app (App Store · Google Play) to request refills, see prescription status, view their medication list, chat securely with the pharmacy, upload an insurance card, and request transfers from other pharmacies. Connect it with the Rx number from any prescription filled with us. New patients: call or text us to transfer first.
