We are a Medi-Cal Rx pharmacy. Bring your Medi-Cal Benefits Identification Card (BIC). Medi-Cal Rx covers pharmacy benefits no matter which Medi-Cal health plan you’re enrolled in.
Medicare Part D
We accept the majority of Medicare Part D prescription drug plans. During Medicare Open Enrollment (October 15 – December 7), check that Oak Grove Pharmacy is in your plan’s network before you switch plans. You can search pharmacies by name in the Medicare Plan Finder, or call us and we’ll tell you which plans we work with.
Prior authorizations and insurance problems
If your insurance requires a prior authorization, rejects a claim, or stops covering a medication, we don’t just hand the problem back to you. We work directly with your doctor to get the prior authorization approved, or to switch to a covered alternative, so you aren’t left without your medication.
Commercial insurance
We work with most major commercial and employer plans. Call (925) 681-1823 with your card in hand and we’ll check your coverage and copay before you transfer.
No insurance, or a medication that isn’t covered?
Ask for our cash price. We’ll also look for lower-cost alternatives, manufacturer programs, and prior authorization options with your prescriber.

Do you accept Medi-Cal?

Do you take Kaiser?
Most Kaiser Permanente members are required to use Kaiser pharmacies. Call us with your card and we’ll check whether your specific plan allows outside pharmacies.
